We are Alexandra Reunis and Manon Koopman. Alexandra studies photography in Rotterdam. She uses photography as a medium to freeze the world, to be able to look at it more closely. Manon finished her studies for Audio/Visual Specialist 4 years ago and currently studies European Studies in The Hague. She believes everyone has a story to tell, and uses film and video to share these stories with others.
The Dutch Happiness week is a good way for us to combine our skills in photography and film. It’s amazing to get a chance to work together on a project with such a positive tone. We want to find the small things that make people happy. With this we hope to inspire happiness in others.
