A 90-minutes journey for students to get inspired and learn about the science behind happiness.
The main objectives of the workshop are to provide students with information on the science behind happiness, inspire them and let them discover that a big part of happiness can be influenced by their actions.
The workshop will support participants to become more aware of their potential and equip them with tools to strengthen their personal development.
We will spot the light on models and theories related to human flourishing, the world map of happiness and positive emotions.
